What is Shrink Ray ?

Shrink Ray Miniatures is a small independent miniatures workshop. I  have many years experience as a miniature artisan, and have worked for many clients undertaking bespoke work.  I work in a variety of scales, particularly 1/12th scale and 1/6th scale

My ethos is to create unusual, unique and totally awesome miniatures that have  themes such as cult movie props,  pinball and arcade games, sci fi, esoteric and masonic  items etc .   I LOVE miniatures but i get so bored of the kind of minis you find everywhere. ...  it's all the same kind of stuff and i find it all very stuffy and dull, so i thought, why do scale miniatures have to be boring ?  Can they not appeal to all the kinds of cool, fun stuff that I'm personally interested in ?

Hence that fact that i create super detailed collectible miniatures based on  pinball tables to movie props and from fortune teller machines to miniature masonic literature.

I undertake custom bespoke work, and after years of working on PR for companies i have now decided to go out into the world on my own and offer my work and services to the end customer.

Every item i produce is 100% hand crafted with love, and is hand signed and numbered on the base.
